Scope of Application and Key Requirements
Analysis of trace amounts of water, oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur, and carbonyl compounds in gases such as ethylene, propylene, and butylene can be performed in conjunction with coulometric moisture analyzers, dew‑point meters, trace‑oxygen analyzers, and gas chromatographs.
Convert the liquid sample into a gaseous hydrocarbon mixture with constant composition, maintained at a fixed temperature and pressure, and with a controllable flow rate.
After the liquid sample is heated and vaporized, a six-way valve and a quantitative loop are used to control and meter the vaporized sample, ensuring high measurement accuracy. A carrier gas flow rate, regulated by a gas flow meter, then delivers a precisely measured aliquot of the sample gas into the experimental apparatus.
A dedicated constant-temperature, constant-pressure chamber with high temperature-control accuracy and excellent vaporization performance.
