Overview
This instrument employs the energy-dispersive principle and features an integrated electromechanical microcomputer design, enabling rapid and accurate analysis. Its repeatability and reproducibility both meet the relevant requirements of the national standards GB/T 17040 and GB 11140, as well as those of the U.S. standard D 4294‑03, thereby facilitating the determination of sulfur content in crude oil and during petrochemical production processes.
Instrument Features
1. The instrument features an 8-inch capacitive touchscreen (1027×768) with a clear display, eliminating the need for a keyboard and offering a simple, elegant user interface.
2. It supports a wide range of analytes, offers an extensive measurement range, delivers rapid analysis, and requires minimal amounts of standard samples.
3. Employing a fluorescence intensity ratio analysis method, temperature and atmospheric pressure are automatically corrected, and the carbon-to-hydrogen ratio (C/H) can also be corrected.
4. The instrument’s automatic diagnostic function assesses its operating status and electrical parameters.
5. A disposable Mylar‑film sample cup is used to prevent cross‑contamination; the cups are manufactured using a multi‑functional pressing tool, ensuring quick and convenient operation.
6. The sample stage offers precise positioning, and sample placement as well as replacement of oil‑leak‑proof components are convenient, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination to the detection system.
7. The instrument features a large data storage capacity, with default storage for 4,096 concentration analysis results, 8,192 count measurement data points, and 16 instrument calibration records. All data can be retrieved and exported to a computer via the standard RS‑232 serial communication port.
8. The instrument features an automatic stabilization function: when detector performance degrades, the system automatically adjusts the high voltage to correct for errors.
9. Upon power-up, the instrument automatically selects the working curve by default, requiring no user intervention.
