Scope of Application
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese petroleum industry standard SH/T 0193, and is suitable for evaluating the oxidation stability of new and in-service turbine oils with identical compositions (base oil and additives).
Performance Features
1. 7-inch color LCD touchscreen, stylish and elegant. Chinese-language human-machine interface, clear and intuitive.
2. Stainless steel oil bath tank and metal oxygen bomb body ensure safe and reliable testing.
3. Equipped with advanced foreign‑made pressure sensors, it features automatic alerts for oxygen bomb leaks.
4. Equipped with an over-temperature alarm system that automatically cuts off power when the oil bath temperature exceeds the set limit.
5. By adopting German rotary joint technology to replace the previous rotary slip-ring electrical conduction system, the oxygen bomb has been streamlined and simplified, significantly reducing the failure rate.
6. During the test, the pressure curve is monitored in real time, ensuring a clear and transparent testing process.
7. A unique automatic inflation/deflation system: one-touch start, automatic inflation, and automatic stop when the desired pressure is reached.
8. The host unit is controlled by a microprocessor; during the test, temperature rises automatically, the oxygen bomb rotates automatically, and pressure is monitored automatically. Test results are automatically identified, stored, and printed, and the system shuts down automatically upon completion of the test.
