Service Commitment
Warranty period
The entire unit is covered by a 12-month free warranty, effective from the date of successful installation and commissioning. Key components, such as sensors and heating assemblies, are warranted for 18 months.
Response Time
Upon receiving a customer service request, we will provide a telephone response within 2 hours. If on-site service is required, an engineer will arrive at the location within 48 hours (subject to confirmation for remote areas).
Spare parts support
The inventory of commonly used spare parts is ample, ensuring that repair components are dispatched within 72 hours.
Training Services
On-site training is provided on equipment operation, routine maintenance, and safety precautions, accompanied by a complete set of technical documentation.
Lifetime service
After the warranty period, only the cost of parts and travel expenses will be charged; labor service fees are waived.

Repair Request and Registration

Information provided by: Users are required to provide the device model, serial number, description of the issue, operating environment, and contact information.
Acceptance Feedback: Customer service staff will enter the information into the system within one hour and assign a dedicated service engineer.
Remote diagnosis
Engineer Contact: The service engineer will call the user within two hours to provide guidance on basic troubleshooting, such as checking the power supply, wiring, and software settings.
Preliminary assessment: If the issue can be resolved remotely, we will provide guidance via images and text or video; if it cannot be resolved, we will arrange an on-site service.
Door-to-door service
Appointment Time: Coordinate with the user to confirm the on-site service time and provide the engineer’s name and contact information.
Prepare spare parts: Based on the fault prediction, carry any replacement parts and tools that may be required.
On-site repair: The engineer presents their work ID, conducts inspections, repairs, and debugging in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and explains the cause of the malfunction and the proposed resolution to the user.
Machine test confirmation: Upon completion of the repair, the instrument shall be tested jointly with the user to ensure that its performance meets the required specifications, and the user shall sign to confirm.
Acceptance and Follow-up Visit
Service Order Archiving: Maintenance records are stored in the equipment’s electronic file for future traceability.
User Reviews: Invite users to rate the service and provide feedback via SMS or email.
Regular Follow-up: During the warranty period, a telephone follow-up will be conducted every six months; after the warranty period, proactive annual inspections will be carried out.

Fee Information
Damage caused by improper user handling, unauthorized disassembly, or force majeure events (such as floods, fires, lightning strikes, etc.); consumables (e.g., printing paper, fuses, lamps, etc.); and the replacement of components that are beyond the warranty period.

User Notice
Please keep the Warranty Card and the purchase invoice safely after installing the instrument, as they serve as proof of warranty.
The instrument should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated environment free from strong electromagnetic interference, and its cooling filter should be cleaned regularly.
If relocation or prolonged shutdown is required, please contact an engineer for operational guidance.
We recommend having our company perform an annual accuracy calibration (available at a preferential rate).
