Overview
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in SH/T 0130-2007, “Determination of Shear Stability of Polymer‑Containing Diesel Fuel (Diesel Nozzle Method),” and comprises a German Bosch dual‑piston injection pump and an atomization chamber equipped with a nozzle and a nozzle holder.
Performance Features
1. German-imported Bosch injection pump, equipped with a nozzle and an atomization chamber;
2. Axial‑nozzle ejector, with a filter cartridge mounted on the nozzle bracket;
3. The spherical cooler is equipped with a cooling jacket, enabling heat to be transferred across the jacket’s outer surface.
4. The automatic stroke counter can automatically disconnect the power supply;
5. A 250 ml reservoir with a liquid tank inlet at the top;
6. The jet pump is driven by a three-phase motor with a power rating of 1.1 kW and a speed of 925 ± 25 r/min.
7. The glass test tube is equipped with a distribution plate, and the cooling outlet features a three-way valve.
8. High-precision digital PID temperature controller, with an accuracy of ±0.1°C, equipped with a PT100 sensor;
9. Independent, fully enclosed refrigeration unit, equipped with an imported compressor, delivering high cooling capacity and low noise levels;
10. The jet pump is equipped with a venting device at its top;
11. A control valve for regulating pressure is installed on the pressure line.
