Overview
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese petroleum industry standard GB/T 17144 and is suitable for determining the residual carbon content of petroleum products. The measurement range for residual carbon is 0.10% to 30.0% (m/m) for petroleum products. This test apparatus is also applicable to petroleum products composed of distillate fractions whose residual carbon values are below 0.10% (m/m).
Instrument features:
1. 7-inch color LCD touchscreen, stylish and elegant. Chinese-language human-machine interface, clear and intuitive.
2. Equipped with advanced foreign‑made gas flow sensors and high‑precision solenoid valves, the system automatically adjusts the nitrogen flow rate during testing, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
3. Equipped with a high-precision temperature control module from overseas, featuring PID tuning for superior temperature accuracy and a smooth heating rate.
4. The entire experimental process employs a nitrogen‑protected gas flow to ensure safety and reliability.
5. The host unit is controlled by a microprocessor; during the test, temperature rises automatically, nitrogen flow is automatically regulated, data is automatically stored and printed, and the system shuts down automatically upon completion of the test.
