Overview
This instrument is specifically designed for the measurement of particle size distribution and contamination level in hydraulic fluids, in accordance with standards such as GB/T 18854-2002, ISO 11171:1999, DL/T 432-2007, GJB 420B, NAS 1638, and ISO 4406. Based on the light‑obscuration (light‑blocking) principle, it is suitable for determining particulate contamination levels in hydraulic oils, lubricating oils, fire‑resistant fluids, insulating oils, and turbine oils.
Instrument Features
1. It employs the light‑obscuration counting principle specified by the International Organization for Standardization’s Hydraulic Fluids Committee.
2. High-precision laser sensor with a wide measurement range, stable performance, low noise, and high resolution.
3. Utilizing a precision syringe pump for sampling, the system allows users to set the desired sample volume, ensures stable injection speed, and delivers high sampling accuracy.
4. It employs a combined positive‑and‑negative pressure sampling system that enables sample degassing, making it suitable for testing samples with varying viscosities.
5. Built-in air purification system ensures that testing remains free from contamination.
6. Built-in multiple calibration curves, compatible with commonly used domestic and international standards for calibration.
7. Built-in with eight commonly used standards, including GJB-420B, NAS1638, ISO 4406, and ГOCT 17216-71, it supports custom standard testing and allows users to configure the required standards according to their specific needs.
8. Various sampling containers, such as standard sampling bottles or cups, can be used to meet the testing requirements of different industries.
