Overview
This instrument is a new product developed by our company, replacing liquid heating baths with an aluminum‑metal heating bath. It employs single‑chip microcomputer control technology, features a blue LCD display, and includes a miniature printer for output. Its technical specifications comply with the requirements of GB/T 8018.
Instrument features:
1. Two completely independent operating systems, capable of running parallel experiments or two separate single‑experiment sessions; samples can be processed simultaneously or at staggered times, with no mutual interference.
2. The can number or code of the test sample can be entered and displayed on the LCD screen.
3. The LCD screen can display pressure and time curves for two leakage‑detection channels, as well as the rate of pressure decline per minute.
4. The LCD displays pressure and time curves for two measurement channels, along with the instrument’s test duration.
5. Automatically stores temperature readings every 20 seconds and calculates the average temperature over the entire measurement period.
6. Automatically identifies the “turning point,” calculates the “induction period” at 100.0°C based on the average temperature, displays it on the LCD screen, and issues an audible alert.
7. Automatically prints the pressure and time data for 80 minutes before and after the “turning point,” along with the corresponding curves, turning-point values, and induction-period results.
8. The results of previously tested “induction periods” can be queried and printed. (Up to 4,000 test results can be stored.)
9. During the measurement process, this device is equipped with an automatic screen‑off function that activates after 20 minutes of inactivity.
