Overview
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the industry standard SH/T 0308, and is used to determine the air release value of petroleum products such as turbine oil and hydraulic oil as specified in this standard.
Performance Features:
1. The instrument primarily consists of a circulating water bath, an electronically controlled constant-temperature system, an air source, an air-heating system, and an air pressure-regulating device, among other components.
2. The temperature‑control system employs a precision platinum resistance thermometer as the sensing element and utilizes high‑accuracy PID control, ensuring precise temperature regulation and reliable performance.
3. During the test, the gas supply is automatically switched on and off, and timing starts automatically, making operation more convenient.
4. Features a large-screen blue LCD display, a Chinese-language menu, and an intuitive human–machine interface for easy operation.
5. Real-time water level monitoring system that automatically prompts the user to add water when the water level is insufficient.
