  The instrument incorporates cutting-edge modern technologies, integrating mechanical, optical, electronic, and computer‑based systems. It is equipped with original temperature‑sensing transducers from the German company JUMO and features an internationally advanced CNC‑controlled optical measurement system, enabling fully automated execution of the entire distillation process. It is an ideal solution for determining the distillation characteristics of gasoline, diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and other mineral oils under atmospheric pressure.

   Performance Features

  1. The instrument’s core host employs TI’s AM3354 processor, featuring a Cortex‑A8 core and a 1 GHz clock speed; its operating system is Windows Embedded Compact 7, a real-time industrial control system. This design completely eliminates the use of bare‑bones microcontrollers without a CPU or OS, fully modernizing instrument control and ushering the device into a new era of intelligent operation.

  2. The display features a genuine imported 10.0-inch capacitive touchscreen, offering advantages such as zero mechanical wear, dust and water resistance, RF interference immunity, and an extended service life.

  3. Historical data is stored in FLASH memory, with a capacity to retain 2,010 records; once stored, the data cannot be modified.

  4. Equipped with a rear-mounted USB port and an RS‑232 serial port, it can connect to a computer for software updates and export experimental data to a PC or a USB flash drive.

  5. Temperature measurement and control utilize a genuine, imported PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor from the German company JUMO, paired with a high‑precision, high‑speed AD converter, ensuring faster and more accurate temperature acquisition; even abrupt, stepwise temperature changes can be readily captured.

  6. Both the droplet detection system and the liquid-level tracking system employ state-of-the-art optical measurement technology, coupled with high-precision photoelectric sensors, to accurately capture each individual sample drop, achieving a measurement accuracy of up to 0.01 mL.

  7. This instrument employs advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to continuously monitor the recovery rate, automatically adjust the heating power of the electric furnace, and precisely control the distillation rate.

  8. The condenser is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, offering rapid heat transfer, excellent condensation performance, superior resistance to pitting and corrosion, easy cleaning, and simple maintenance.

  9. The refrigeration system employs two original, imported Danfoss compressors as its power source, providing cooling to both the recovery chamber and the condensate tank. These units operate independently and allow for asynchronous temperature control.

  10. The instrument features a built-in, open‑ended parameter‑setting menu, allowing users to freely configure parameters such as initial power, distillation rate, recovery temperature, and condensation temperature.

  11. A single experiment supports the configuration of 16 recording points, and users can enable or disable the recording of the initial and final boiling points as needed.

  12. Equipped with a German-imported digital barometric pressure sensor and preloaded with a full suite of atmospheric pressure correction formulas, it effortlessly meets all standard requirements.

  13. Equipped with an internal clock, eliminating the need to manually enter the test date and time. It also features a thermal printer, allowing users to configure whether the results are automatically printed upon completion of the test.

  14. Equipped with a one‑button emergency shutdown and fire‑extinguishing function, it rapidly activates the nitrogen supply line and cuts off all power to the instrument, ensuring safety.

  15. This instrument can be monitored by a computer (via wireless or wired communication, selectable by the user).

  Ending method

  End at dry point: The experiment will terminate when a dry point is detected.

  End of final distillation point: The experiment terminates upon detection of the final distillation point, and the results are printed.

  Temperature termination: The experiment ends when the temperature reaches the user-defined setpoint, and the result is printed.

  Volume Termination: The experiment terminates when the user-defined volume threshold is reached, and the result is printed.

  Button to End: Press the Stop button to terminate the experiment and print the output.
