2. Temperature measurement range: 0–400°C ±0.01°C; temperature-sensing element: PT100 (original temperature sensor from B+B, Germany)
3. Volume measurement range: 0–100 ± 0.01 mL (U.S.-imported infrared graduated cylinder reading system), with a step size of 0.01 mL per increment.
4. Distillation rate: 0–10 mL/min, arbitrarily adjustable according to experimental requirements; the standard rate is 4–5 mL/min.
5. Condenser temperature range: 0–80 ± 1 °C; compressor‑based cooling (imported from Danfoss, Germany). The bath is filled with antifreeze and equipped with a circulation system, ensuring uniform temperature control; the antifreeze is non‑volatile and non‑flammable, and does not require replacement even after prolonged use.
6. Temperature control range of the graduated cylinder: 0–80 °C; the recovery chamber is equipped with a fan to ensure uniform temperature distribution and excellent sealing, preventing air convection.
7. Display Function: A 10-inch color LCD touch screen with a fully Chinese-language operating interface; volume and temperature parameters can be set arbitrarily; the experimental process displays a temperature–volume curve, and records the values at each set point; additionally, it features access‑control functionality to effectively prevent non‑specialist users from modifying the instrument’s critical settings.
8. Operating System: Windows XP; the software is upgradable, with Dairite operating software.
9. Safety Features: cold bath liquid-level sensor protection, automatic nitrogen fire suppression, over-temperature protection, over-volume protection, over-power protection, start-up inhibition when no graduated cylinder is present, and sensor‑failure alert.
10. Error Correction: Users can set parameters according to actual conditions, enabling rapid calculation of measurement results and associated errors. If the measured result exceeds the allowable tolerance, the instrument will automatically initiate a re‑measurement. Calibration must be performed using standard oil samples to correct for errors.
11. Data Acquisition: The instrument automatically saves over a thousand measurement results and features a built-in 20‑column dot‑matrix micro thermal printer, delivering quieter, faster, and clearer printing. Experimental results can be printed automatically.
12. Correction Function: Allows calibration of atmospheric pressure, vapor temperature, sensors, and graduated cylinders.
13. Interface Outputs: USB/RS‑232 communication interface for interfacing with a host computer, facilitating integration into a centralized management system. The instrument can be connected to a LIMS system and can also be operated via a PC or a touch screen; (additional charge applies for the PC option).
14. Voltage and Power: AC 220 V ±10%, 50 Hz; Power: 1200 W. A reliable grounding wire is required. Operating temperature range: 10°C to 30°C.
