Featuring a compact footprint, low noise, smooth operation, and long service life, it is well suited for applications in bioengineering, pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemical engineering, metallurgy, petroleum, and other fields. IV. Instrument Instructions
1. After unpacking the instrument, please refer to the packing list to verify that all accessories are present.
2. Place the instrument on a level surface to ensure stability.
3. First, insert the cooling rod into the liquid to be cooled, then connect the power supply and turn on the power switch on the back of the unit. The machine will begin operating, and the cooling rod will start lowering the liquid’s temperature.
4. After completing work, first turn off the power switch, then unplug the power cord, and finally remove the feed rod. If the feed rod becomes frozen, allow the ice to melt completely before removing it to avoid damaging the feed rod or other equipment.
V. Precautions
1. This instrument must be reliably grounded before use.
2. Keep the instrument clean and prevent water ingress or moisture exposure.
3. When the instrument malfunctions, it must be serviced by qualified personnel; do not disassemble it arbitrarily.
4. This instrument must not be frequently turned off and on; the interval between two consecutive startups should be at least 5 minutes.
